Long time, no post

I´ve been very busy and there fore I haven´t had time to post any more pictures of my jewelery. I´ve been busy at work and that will continue to be very busy place until the end of April/beginning of May. I´ve managed to go to my garage a few times and I finished my silver smithing course over a week ago. I will post the pictures of the pieces I made when I get the time.

I also had a home-introduction at my friends house. Guðbjörg invited some friends and neighbours to see what I have been designing and I sold some of the things I have posted here.

The store, Norska húsið in Stykkishólmur, asked for my jewelery to be sold there over the summer and I  will send them some of the things I´ve made and some new pieces. I´m sure the lava pearls will be popular this summer. I also have some shells and amethyst nuggets I like to make nice jewelery with.

Silver necklace with Pink Zirkon

This necklace I call a “raindrop” since the shape of it reminds me of raindrops. The 8mm Pink Zirkon looks very good in this design.

Silver cross with Pink Zirkon

This silver cross has a 3mm Pink Zirkon. It´s a delicate cross and the stone has a light pink color. Very cute!

Silver necklace

This silver necklace has burnt silver square on the burnt silver sheet together with a rather nice chain. Sometimes I burn the silver and then make something out of the pieces, like this necklace.

It has a certain balance and doesn´t need any stone. It´s just nice like it is!
